Responsible for the creative and digital growth of Leo Burnett México (full-service agency).
Responsible for the creative and digital integration of McCann Worldgroup in Mexico City, overseeing the creative output of McCann (full-service agency), Momentum (experiential and shopper) and Craft (audiovisual production).
Responsible for the digital integration of the group’s agencies: Publicis, Leo Burnett, Saatchi and Marcel. Nurun reported 80% revenue growth after Alfredo’s first year at the helm.
Publicis Dialog, the group’s BTL and shopper arm. Dialog became Grupo Modelo’s (AB InBev) AOR, reporting 50% revenue growth. Publicis Healthcare is the group’s wellness and pharma offering in Mexico.
